Paty Robles, Employee, 58.

I emigrated from Guadalajara, Jalisco, México when I was 48 so that I could find better opportunities for a life with integrity with my autist son. Something I love doing is to help and to give out peace. My biggest dream is the freedom to travel without borders. Something I’d like to say about my family is that I give thanks to God for the opportunity I have been given to live here and now with my loved ones. I am also grateful to my family and friends who have grown with me and have supported my projects and achievements.

What I find hardest about being an immigrant mother is to be able to transform the fears of my life into STRENGTH, PATIENCE AND LOVE to be able to face the new culture and overcome the challenges I have had to confront throughout my daily life in a different country. Wht I like the most about living in this country is the freedom of being myself Paty and to discover that you are able to make your dreams into reality.
